Cancellation and Refund

At createXsquare, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the eligibility, process, and terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

General Refund and Returns Policy

  • Duration: Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
    • Certain items are non-returnable, including digital downloads, software products, and customized services.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items with clear signs of use.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified time.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; refunds may take time to post.
  3. Reach out to your bank regarding pending transactions.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at connect@createxsquare.com and mail the item to mentioned in Contact Page.

Sale Items

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Shipping Returns

  • Return Address: Send returns to mentioned in Contact Page.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Expensive Returns: For valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance to ensure delivery.

Refunds for Subscriptions and Services

Subscription Cancellations:

  • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via account settings. Refunds will only be provided for cancellations made within the first 14 days of the initial purchase.

Web Design and Development Services:

  • For prepaid services, refunds are issued based on the completion stage of the project:
    • Before Work Begins: Full refund.
    • After Work Begins: Pro-rated refund based on the work completed.

Class Cancellations and Refunds

Instructor-Led Courses:

  • Before Course Start: Full refund for cancellations prior to the start date.
  • During the Course:
    • 100% refund within the first two classes.
    • No refunds after attending more than two classes.
  • Batch Transfers: Free batch transfers are allowed prior to course start or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Self-Paced Programs:

  • Access to self-paced programs can be extended once for free by one month. Additional extensions will be charged at 50% of the course fee.
  • Refunds are not available for downloaded course materials or non-attendance without prior notice.

Gift Returns

If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return. Refunds for gifts purchased by someone else will be processed back to the gift purchaser.
