We recommend Google Meet (Video). This allows us to share our screen and show you our design process and how the “Live Preview” system works. However, if you prefer a standard phone call, we are happy to do that too.

No. The consultation is completely free. You will leave with a better understanding of what your website needs, whether you choose to work with us or not.

The base package is perfect for small businesses. It includes a custom WordPress website (up to 6 pages), mobile responsiveness, basic SEO, contact forms, and social media integration. Additional pages or complex features (like booking systems or e-commerce) can be added for an extra cost.

We work on a trust-based model:

1. Registration Deposit: You pay a small, non-refundable deposit to secure your slot.
2. Final Payment: You pay the remaining balance only after the site is fully launched and you are satisfied. Note: We do not offer installment plans for the development fee.

On average, a standard project takes one week. This timeline depends on how quickly we receive your content and images.

We provide 1 Month of Free Support to fix any bugs or make minor adjustments. After that, you can manage the site yourself (you get full Admin access) or join our Maintenance Plan for peace of mind.

Yes! Our Hosting & Maintenance plan includes Free Business Email setup (e.g., info@yourdomain.com), so you can look professional from day one.

If you are on our maintenance plan and use our “Managed Domain” service, your Domain Renewal is FREE for .com and .in domains. For other extensions, renewal is charged based on standard provider rates.

Yes. Unlike the development fee (which is one-time), the Hosting & Maintenance plan is flexible. You can pay ₹349 Monthly or choose a Yearly plan for convenience.
